Upon checkin no towels in room . No toilet paper . In AM i could not get a hold of any staff at desk or calling . Had to call corporate office to get service. Very bad experience.

Everything was wrong. Elevator wasn’t working they made me wait two hours to check in rooms look like jail cells. Tv wasn’t working no remote

Dirty, smelly, and overall gross. Definitely not what I expected from an Extended Stay! This was roach motel level gross

I would never go back there bed uncomfortable. No Towels in the room. Elevator was broken we where on the 4th floor. Ask for more pillows they didn't have any. Floor was dirty. Kids all over the floors that live there.

After reserving the room... after I arrived they were trying to tell me they didn't have any rooms available on Christmas Eve. How do you accept the reservation for a room that you don't have available? In the end apparently there was ironically a cancellation which I don't believe is what happened but a friend of mine caused a big problem because she paid for the room and that's really wrong of a hotel to give away a room that you paid for already

Awful place to stay, find somewhere else. I ended paying $28 more than what I reserved the room for with no explanation or breakdown of the fees. The place smelled awful. My husband had to adjust the legs on the bed himself because the legs at the end of the bed weren’t even touching the ground which made the bed very noisy. It had the most uncomfortable beds. No comfortable chairs to sit in, just hard cafeteria type chairs. And you can hear every noise outside.
