This hotel was absolutely disgusting and the service was terrible. People working the desk are very unprofessional and lazy. I didn't get the correct room I reserved and they charged me an extra 10$ after checking out for Lord knows what. I will never stay in another woodspring suites again.

This place is DISGUSTING. Booked the hotel on Expedia, the price was decent and based on the previous reviews Iwasn't expecting the Ritz but damn. We asked the front desk person if the room had at lease been clean because the lobby and outside was gross. We were assured that it was. Bulsh*t. The room smelled. There was blood or something that looks like blood on the pillow cases and sheets. Grime and rust all over the appliances . Cigarette butts all over the floor. I left. I'm not staying in this utterly disgusting place.

The hotel was in the middle of renovation. From he main entrance to fourth floor was the worst. My room had dirty linen, no carpet, but the vinyl need to be cleaned, and wires was expose in the bathroom vent, because no vent was installed. Checked out the next morning, manager credit my that one night, but Expedia is giving me a hard time to credit my account.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to

Roach Hotel. Warning! Do not stay here. How are they still on this app? This is a place where if you complain they find any reason to throw you out and keep your money. This place is so bad the local police were there everyday Roaches crawling! No toilet paper, no towels, the sheets were dirty and nothing in the ad for this place can come remotely close to it's actuality. Distrusting, gross and they don't care. Run as fast as you can away from this place The refrigerator didn't work. Trying to contact staff took hours. Vacuuming in the hall at 4am. Constant chaos throughout the hotel. No toilet paper and we were told they were out. We were refused extra towels. Nothing was like the ad said. No shampoo, soap, cups etc The Lakeland police we there everyday.
