Horrible filthy. I was rented a room that was under renovation

Place smells like mold and cigarettes worse place ever

Pot smoker paradise Room was filthy.... I bought sheets because the sheets were dirty. I'm guessing the room had not been vacuumed since construction was completed. I will avoid these types of hotels from now on.

Avoid at all costs I will never stay at any Woodsprings affiliated hotel again. The service was appalling. Our TV stopped working on our first night and it took 3 days before it was addressed by anyone at the hotel. Getting in contact with anyone associated with Woodsprings was next to impossible except in person should you happen to see someone. I liked that it was conveniently located between the places i frequent the most. Nothing unique . Hotel staff are either rude or absolutely NEVER available for any reason! The carpet in the hall ways and inside our room was horrible, with in 5 steps with no shoes or socks on in the room my feet were comepletly black as if id just stepped in mudd or something . truly should be replaced but at the bare minimum needs a thorough cleaning asap. Just goes to unfortunately show you really do get what you pay for .
