Rooms are trashy , they dont do any service to the rooms last time im stay on this one

Well everything was great til one of the queen bed had to much lumps in it and we didn't have a good rest 😪 we decide not to make a deal cause we were to tried from a 6 hour drive...

There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. No housekeeping , they don’t throw out your trash. They charge extra for linen. This considering I paid to stay 25 days there! Cockroaches in the room. Elevators full of cigarette smoke

Check in and out are horrible with no one in the front desk. Uncomfortable mattress.

완전 별로 분명 예약을했고 확인메일까지 가지고있었지만 방이없다고했다..그후에 확인번호를 알려주니까 다른손님이 방금전 방하나를 취소를했다며 방을내줬다 하지만 우린 남자둘이었는데 싱글배드하나인방을줘서 둘이서 좁은곳에서 함께잤다

Room smell funky. Today at 8:00 i call the phone on the invoice ask for a service request because shower faucet did not work phone reception said they would be in a wild and still 823 am and they havent show up. My son came for a baseball tourmentand none of us couldn'ttake a shower so im offset
