Paid for reservation but when I arrived the room was not available, I have not received a refund for my room

Great Staff not so great guests I've been staying here for about 4 weeks now as I'm a traveler in the medical profession The people at the front desk are friendly and professional, but the hotel guests are a different story. The first floor is full of families LIVING here like an apartment complex so the kids are constantly running up and down the first floor halls (I'm not on the first floor, but see them everyday when I get off work). My room was like a smoking chimney. I doubt it was cleaned. I always get a nonsmoking room and the staff failed to mention that this was a smoking room. So am all awake at 2am smelling like I slept in a public smoking area. My truck could have been more comfortable, wouldn't recommend for nonsmokers.

Terrible service by the front desk manager wanted to charge me extra for checking in early due to a family emergency. They even said that for one night they will not let me checking in early

Diot manager Manager act like he's doing you a favor 😂 but he's just a unhapy human that tskes it with the customers you have to pay to get towels to get clean sheetsyou have to payfor everything but i wont come back i did it judt in csse he was fired or something but he's still there so i went to another hotel gor the two more weeks that i have to stay in laredo so no more money for this creeps
