There were cockroaches. When I complained and said its normal. Room smelled weird.

Mal servicio, reservé con tiempo habitación no fumadores y al llegar me dieron de fumadores porque no había más. Horrible olor, con cucarachas. Pésima experiencia. No me gusta que no haya personal de front desk las 24 horas, es un problema si necesitas algo fuera del horario de servicio. Horrible

Awful experience Room had the floor dirty, front office wanted to charge extra fees for everything. Extra fees for getting new towels, extra fees for having a pet. Not once in my 17 day stay they went to clean the room. Sheets never got change since they also wanted to charge a fee.
