Bugs Checked in to first room which was on fourth floor, room was not clean had roaches all over the sink with other bugs. Walked into restroom and there was used toilet paper on the floor. Also room had a bad odor went down to check into another room did not receive a apology for the room and 2nd room was in better condition even though I had to kill a couple of roaches

Horrible... pedimos una habitación de no fumar y nos dieron una de fumar... asqueroso!!! En general, nos atendieron de manera buena, pero las instalaciones quedaban a deber. No funcionaba la regadera, pedimos una habitación para cuatro personas y solo había dos toallas. Perdón, pero no vuelvo

Worst place in Laredo Place is unsafe tub super slippery , place has infestation of roaches and there is no service desk pass 8pm so we did not stay the night but we could talk to no one bc they were close tried calling on the phone and no answer

Horrible The bed was completely uncomfortable, the walls has dried up crust on it, small roaches, manager and assistant manager rude, counter space had a layer of grime, old abandoned cars in the parking lot. On my last day as I was loading my car to check out, the elevator was broken. Not comfortable whatsoever. Next time I’ll just pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Had roaches in my room shower had holes on the curtains and on the shower head and on the shower faucet where roaches where coming thru

El peor hotel Pésimo hotel, lleno de cucarachas, en la cama había cucarachas el peor hotel en el que estado solo estuve 5 minutos y me salí, no me quisieron regresar mi dinero la persona de recepción muy grosera se molesta por que le comento que hay cucarachas y quiero mi dinero de vuelta y solo me comenta que asi me duerma
