Property was good. Staff not good at check-in. Monica was a bad reception person. We won’t be back. Hotel would not allow us to check in, because are travel time to the property was, disrupted. Had to find another lodging and was charged for the room for being late.

Do not stay here!!! There are roaches. I chose to sleep in my car over sleeping in that room.

When I checked in, I was literally greeted with, "your id". No, hello, how may I assist you...very gruff. The room itself had not been cleaned as there were hairs in the shower and the towels smelled of cigarette smoke even though there was a sign sharing no smoking was allowed. I was so tired, I chose not to deal with it but when cutting off the room lights notices a gap in the outside door which was so large, the outside hall light worked as a "night light". Quite miserable… they don’t tell you there is a 100 dollar security fee that’s 5 days to get back. Very dirty very nasty,,, thank b had hair in it and it was way too late at night, to cancel

The "non-smoking" rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. They demanded each person staying show a photo id. I reserved and paid for 5 rooms for my roofing crew. even though I was the one paying and showed my license and took responsibility for all rooms they wanted to take everyones picture.

Broken tv remote , key card stop working after first day . Room was not cleaned after 1st night, and a 100$ deposit was not mentioned anywhere at booking that I have yet to get back .

Staff was friendly and kind. Property really needs a lot of upgrades carpet was ripped play smell dirty smoking allowed outside the building cigarette butts thrown everywhere just felt very unclean

It had the worst amenities of any room I have ever stayed in: the room came with two sets of towels and wash cloths, meager soap and shampoo and a tissue thin sheet and blanket and a TV. There was no coffee, no extra blankets, nothing. The room was old and had a worn out look to it; for instance, the switches on the lamps were mostly broken.
