Bare bones room, TV - didn’t work, NO ICEMAKER in bldg. (1 night stay, no time to make ice).

Drove 5 hours and 10 minutes to the hotel got there super late because my husband had work and we couldn’t leave until he got out for them only to tell us that the house keeper quit and they had no rooms available, they knew sense the morning but didn’t even bother to call to let me know about the issue so when I arrived I had to go look for another place to stay and pay a lot of extra money we didn’t count on spending. Room was dirty, bathroom and shower were clogged. Smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Never again staying here

No room available with reservation Would definitely not book there again, I had my reservation but had no room when I got there and then was told well that stuff happens, no help from management and I was at a sold out event in maryland with no other hotel to go too, thank alot

First room had a chirping fire alarm. We had to change rooms. Second room had someone above pacing the floor ALL night, someone talking outside the bedroom window at 2am, and then someone shouting up the corridor at 4am. Complained to front desk at 2am and they only addressed the talking outside. The rooms don’t look anywhere near as nice as the photos. The furniture is beat up and the decor is poorly done. Not Satisfied The rooms were not cleaned well. The bed had hair in it, the carpet had cigarette ashes and clumps of something I didn’t recognize, the refrigerator had black crud on the outside, and the tub floor was filthy. We were switched to a different room but, it wasn’t much better. On top of all of this, the shower would not turn on fully when in the “hot” setting. So, I had to shower in a trickle of water that ended up being lukewarm. I will not stay here again.
