Awful place-don’t stay There was no refrigerator, microwave or any of the advertised accessories. Then they wanted to charge for ice when there was no frig. The person at the front tried to charge a $200 hold fee for incidentals when the room was only $100. Terrible service.

Do not stay here Deposit required at check in which was not specified in the booking The staff was unfriendly and confrontational. There was debri in the hallways left from repairs. The bed was NOT comfortable at all. And the floors were sticky. Will NEVER stay here again.

The Hotel manager Takeiya canceled my reservation herself because she didn’t like that I confronted her about how her car was parked in the middle of the driveway entrance. So I NEVER stayed for this booking.

Bare bones room, TV - didn’t work, NO ICEMAKER in bldg. (1 night stay, no time to make ice).

Drove 5 hours and 10 minutes to the hotel got there super late because my husband had work and we couldn’t leave until he got out for them only to tell us that the house keeper quit and they had no rooms available, they knew sense the morning but didn’t even bother to call to let me know about the issue so when I arrived I had to go look for another place to stay and pay a lot of extra money we didn’t count on spending. Room was dirty, bathroom and shower were clogged. Smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Never again staying here

No room available with reservation Would definitely not book there again, I had my reservation but had no room when I got there and then was told well that stuff happens, no help from management and I was at a sold out event in maryland with no other hotel to go too, thank alot
