We were given the wrong room initially. No towels in the room. Facility in general was not very clean.

Property was very dirty. Random hairs in the room, terrible smoke smell throughout.

Asked for queen bed and paid for it and got to full beds 2 towels room had a smell to it just not happy

Upkeep was terrible. A person in my party couldn't get in her room because the door jamb had been messed with. Several channels on the TV didn't work. I overheard one person at the desk saying his TV was stuck on one station. My shower broke in the middle of my shower. A side door was stuck open so anyone could have walked in at any time. The place had a creepy feel to it. Nothing against the staff, though.

Told first thing at check in that the room wouldn't be serviced as we were only staying 3 days. The room was stuffy and musty. Breakfast is grab and go coffee and muffins posted by the door. Tv kept going out and losing channels every day and the remote control didn't work very well. I thought that I was getting a deal but this has turned me off of Extended Stay America for life. Needless to say that I'm vastly disappointed and feel like I overpaid for what was delivered.

first when you walk in the door this mall of the room second I expected him to come to find out it was dead roaches in my bathroom run back downstairs she happily exchange rooms but wouldn't recommend this hotel people really really live here the roches told it all.
