Front desk clerk seemed to struggle with getting me checked in. Unfamiliar with printing checkin document and coding rooom keys. She was very pleasant I. Attitude, but slow with execution.

Bedding was stained..breakfast .. well there really want any. I have family in the area and family that always visits Maryland. Don't think I'd refer this hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. No complaints about them. The toilet did not work in the first room they put me in. They had to move me to a second room. My biggest complaint were the other guests - I heard screaming arguments, and parties with loud music. The halls reeked of cigarette and pot smoke. There was blood on my bed sheets. When I got home all my clothes smelled of smoke and air freshener (they must have sprayed it all over to cover up the smoke). As soon as we checked in the room we noticed the room smell like smoke when it was suppose to be an none smoking room. Told the front desk said that the was arware of that an we could talk to the manger about the problem in the morning. Reservé 3 habitaciones para 5 días en eso 5 días nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto, a cambiarnos toallas ni camas, no sacaron basura, no teníamos papel de baño en las habitaciones tuvimos que ir al lobby a buscarlo, aún después de notificarle que pasaran por las habitaciones a darnos servicio. El último día nos notifican que debíamos las habitaciones ya después de cobradas fue un total desastre.
