Bathroom not clean from previous. Elevator and common areas not clean. Elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. No basic supplies in kitchen. Dog hair on floor in room, near bed.

Everything was ok. The only thing is there is only one way in and out. It is hard to get to.

It felt like an old dorm. I had no hand soap barely any toilet paper. I thought it sucked. They charged me 11.50 extra for something that I have no idea. Didn’t show until after I got home. Hope it wasn’t for the bar of soap I requested. Didn’t want to waste data on taking pics on my phone.

Unsanitary room 210 By far the worst place I've ever stayed. The pillows were flat and had stains and hairs on the pillows and sheets. The towels were worse, the face towel had blood on it. The body towels had stains and pubic hair in the towels. I complained to the front desk and they gave mr "cleaner towels". I opened the towels in front of the front desk and to no surprise they also had stains and hair. They apologized and said they are short on linens and that's all they had. The room was not ready for 3 pm check-in. The front desk stated that it would not ready until about 5 pm. Very upsetting because we were needing to be at a function by 5pm. Then we were put in a smoking room when I had reserved for a non-smoking.
