Hotel was not well kept. I thought it be cleaner. The hallways smelled like cigarette.

I refuse to ever stay here again. Waited 4 hours to see a human worker then vot refused because we "had attitude" and we only had frustration in our voice.

I booked and when I arrived, they had no rooms. The reception area was closed

The experience as a WHOLE was horrible. My husband and I stayed only one night and it was awful. The AC didn't work, the shower curtain was molded at the bottom. We were simply unhappy. We were better off staying at Motel 6!

Check in was a hassle, i tried calling the 500 number 10 times. And was not able to get to anyone had to call the 1-800 number. The room, bed was freaking hard. Still have a backache because of it. I just didnt sleep well at all.
