Bad vibes go with your gut feeling better safe tha That was the worst place I have ever been. I left . Was not refunded any of my money for 2 nights. The hair on the back of my neck was standing up. Told them I felt un safe and wanted a refund. They refused I left anyway. It was like a psychiatric hospital where you are locked in!

The girl checking me in was more concerned about her Apple Watch and the phone call she had. Bathroom still had soap from some other person, the bed was like a rock so was the pillows, there was stuff still on the floor and there wasn’t even a coffee maker to make at least 1 cup of coffee.

YUCK First, this location was listed as having free internet on your website, hotels.com. This was a lie. There was limited free internet for one person. There was no free high-speed internet. If there is a second person there was a charge, there was a charge per device actually, and then if you wanted high-speed internet there would be additional charges. False advertising. I paid for a NON SMOKING room and they gave me a smoking room. As soon as we got off elevator it reeked of other things besides cigarette smoke and I have a 6 month old baby. I went back down and the lady that checked us in was gone. I called the after hours number and was told oh we have no more so sorry pretty much deal with it. Luckily, one of the housekeepers was sweet enough to go clean a non smoking very well for us. There was a couple fighting outside with a baby the entire time. Then a lot of young kids in and out. The room smelled like smoke, there were no curtains on the window, the AC didn’t work, the beds creaked when you moved in them, the floors are laminate so the beds slide around, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. I will definitely NEVER be staying at this property again.
