Oh no! I'm so sorry we did not make a more favorable impression on you during this stay.
They “overbooked” the hotel and did not honor our reservation.
The staff was not very friendly. The room smelled like smoke and something else. The floor was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. The sheets had stains that we couldn't tell if they were old or new. There was pubic hair in the tub. This would be the last place I would go back to.

Don’t stay there. Room was not “ready” until 9:30 pm. I had to make up the bed myself. The key cards were horrible. The door between the registration area and the hotel had to be carded repeatedly to get in. Only one staff member present not available after hours. After hours help was a phone in the lobby. Phone was not answered even one time while I stayed there. The registration clerk had to do everything including housekeeping duties. That’s why my room was not ready until 9:30. When I arrived the front desk lady said even though we had a reservation it did not matter because they were overbooked and slammed the window shut in our face. We tried calling to get our money back or even at least be relocated to another location however no one was willing to help. Very rude and horrible customer service.

Worst hotel ever. It is worse than a shelter home. Rooms are dirty, beds are really cheap, no pillows, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, roaches and bugs everywhere. Looks like shelter for drug addict and homeless. The staff disappears, no one answers the call, reception is closed all the time. Worst experience ever

Found mystery stains on bedding skirt, floor was dirty and gritty, dogs barked constantly down the hall. Constant highway noise heard thru windows. Not a restfull sleep. No if i have no home and needed to live somewhere cheap and avaliable. I would choose here. Super easy to follow another person inside.
