No shower curtain hung, let Linda know 1st day her response, “I’ll see what I can do” was told dishes and iron in room on description of room per Expedia, that was a big NO! needed new towels due to sopping wet towels due to no shower curtain, told us they wouldn’t charge us for new ones lol made it all work but definitely won’t be staying again!!!

The elevator didn't work, the comfort of the bed was horrible and thin walls/floors, you can hear everything!

Lower end than expected Very very basic. No soap for bathroom or kitchen sink. No paper towels. Smoking hotel...strong smoke odor. Didn't feel like a safe location, tucked into a car lot. Hard to get to.

Don’t stay here! Booked this room for my daughters graduation from college for her 88 year old Grandfather. He has no cell phone and the entire stay the phones did not work. The elevators were out one evening, and the front desk was completely closed later at night!

They canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else
Nice looking area. Seemed newly painted. Took 17 minutes to check in. I timed it because of standing there waiting for the person in front of us. The only elevator didn’t work. So stairs to the 3rd floor. Room was thankfully cool. No remote for the tv. Never got one. Could have been cleaner. Checking out we noticed broken picture glass rehung and ripped phone receiver. Clerk had no idea.
