This was the absolute worst hotel ever. The rooms were filthy and so was the entire hotel. I’m not sure how it even passes an inspection it’s so unsanitary. The staff was rude and we will never stay there again.

There was 3 of us and only 2 towels and lobby closes at 7 and there was blood all over our blinds in the room!!!

The ladies in the office did not wear a mask. One had it under her chin. I do not like or understand why my drivers license needs to be kept on record for 3 years. Only stayed for one night. Floor in the room was filthy. Bath tub still had hair.

I had to stay here because my home was being renovated. The staff is rude and not personable at all. Whenever I needed something such as toilet paper, I was given attitude or they make smirk remarks. My final straw was the night before the day I am suppose to check out. My keys all of a sudden stopped working and I was needing help to get into my room. There was no staff member in sight! Waited for over an hour in the cold, called management and even the company and they couldn’t figure out why there were no staff members in... read more

This was the second time we stayed here. Its the cheapest price for an extended stay and since we are there for work we figured it would be okay. The first time we stayed my work truck was broken in to and they stole all of my work tools. The management didn't care about it not care to even talk to me in person. They just said over the phone there's nothing we can do sorry... then the second time we stayed the room was half way cleaned and the linens werent even on the bed they were on the floor in a pile. stay away from this Covid hotspot Stay away - COVID infected guests, no masks, dirty rooms with brown stains all over unlaundered comforter. Front desk clerk walked around with no mask, she was rude about her making a mistake about our prepaid room, they require that you page them to come to the front via a lobby SHARED phone. No sanitizer or SOAP in bathrooms (nor can you request them at the front desk).
