stay away from this Covid hotspot Stay away - COVID infected guests, no masks, dirty rooms with brown stains all over unlaundered comforter. Front desk clerk walked around with no mask, she was rude about her making a mistake about our prepaid room, they require that you page them to come to the front via a lobby SHARED phone. No sanitizer or SOAP in bathrooms (nor can you request them at the front desk).

I was charged by hotels.cim then agaun at hotel and neither party will return my money!

No ever answered when I tried to call to let them know I was going to have a late check in. Then, when I arrived no one answered to check me in.

It took over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone once we got there. We were told there were no rooms available. I let her know I made a reservation and already paid. She said, " well, we have no vacancies ". I asked fir a refund and she said i couldnt have one. Her husband laughed at us and said you will never see your money. Well thanks to expedia.com, i got my refund. There was a man in the loby who had been waiting for an hour.
