Side entrace door not working for entire stay, had yo prop open when leaving just inconvient for getting into the hotel

Affordable and still NOT worth the price! The room was filthy. Sheets looked like they had not been changed in a while. When I went to cancel my remaining days they said they do not do cancellations or refunds once you check in.

The room had hair on the pillows and sheets, Liz was great she gave us new sheets and pillow cases

We didnt stay here. When we arrived they had given all of our group rooms away. We were not happy, we stayed elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Do not go! We had no hot water when we arrived and for the week we were there. We complained to the management and they said they knew it but was waiting to get approval from corporate to fix it. Well needless to say we never got hot water. We tried to get a refund but they wouldnt give us one.
