No ever answered when I tried to call to let them know I was going to have a late check in. Then, when I arrived no one answered to check me in.
It took over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone once we got there. We were told there were no rooms available. I let her know I made a reservation and already paid. She said, " well, we have no vacancies ". I asked fir a refund and she said i couldnt have one. Her husband laughed at us and said you will never see your money. I liked the ability of the staff to accommodate a room. There was a mishap and someone else was checked in as the person placed on the reservation. Initially could not find the reservation due to that issue.

I made this reservation for my son and daughter-in-law for 10 days while their baby was in the hospital. The linens were clean, but the room itself was filthy. Luckily they were only at the room to sleep for a few hours each night. One night, around 10:30pm, when they returned from a long day at the hospital, neither of their keys worked.
