I specifically booked a non smoking room, and when we got there they said they were out. Which is unreal, I reserved the room weeks ago. The sheets were dirty, we were able to get some more but still.

Stayed only because no room elsewhere Checked in shortly before 10PM and check-in area all locked up. Had to call desk using phone in lobby person asked if I was located om premises. While waiting check-in person told guest asking for additional blankets to wait until she was done with me and other guest before letting him back into hallway area. Not a family hotel. Why was there a pregnancy fest on the floor.? Room was “smoke free” and smelled like someone smoked an antidepressant box of cigarettes...

If you get there late at night, there is no one to let you in you have to call a number to cooperate waith 15 mins then they will call someone to come down and unlock everything. Even if you request a nonsmoking room the y wont give you one. My family didnt feel safe there especially with the person standing in the window watching our every move for the 35 mins we were there. If you are only needing a bed to sleep in then this is the hotel for you. They don’t provide breakfast, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, a coffee pot or any other type of amineties.

About the amenities, we have a ‘Simple’ philosophy to help us keep our rates affordable --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like more frequent cleaning, cookware, a coffeemaker). It sounds like you did not expect our non-traditional amenities and we're so sorry we disappointed you with that part of your stay but hope the accommodations met your needs.
Smelled horrible. Needed it for Parents weekend with a pet. Its an extended stay hotel. It serves its purpose for long term stays or living but not if you are going for a short visit.
