Pay by the week I made the reservation in advance and all they had was smoking rooms. It ended up being a pay by the week place. Very unhappy. I wasn't aware of the place or the area.

Unless you like underwhelming hotels, don’t stay. This hotel looks just fine on the outside. Front desk staff is friendly. My room was FILTHY when I got there. Nobody had swept the floors, dusted, cleaned the stovetop of the kitchenette, bathroom and shower were dirty. So disappointing. I told the front desk staff and she gave a few different options. Skip it I would like to have known when booking that this was a smoking hotel. Two family members have asthma and were placed on a smoking floor. Hotel said that was all that was available. Their printer wasn’t working so they hand wrote a receipt. WiFi did not work.

Ri Room not clean ?! No shampoo All pillows dirty no one replace them for weeks . For second nite we did not stay there . We pay extra other hotel . So for second nite was payed and we did not go there. I think the city or government has to use very pressure on them .

Horrible Waited two hrs to get let into room when key stop working. Clothes stolen by maintaince man. When they went to get them back he pulled out gun on hotel employee

Never Again Not my type of hotel stay at all. Elevator rug was filthy. The room was below subpar. No soap for the sink, no kleenex box, bathroom tissue was so cheap. The top cover, pillows had stains on them. The bed mattress was lopsided with a hump in it. Apparently, they allow pets and the occupants next to me had a dog that barked most of the night. Worst say ever! Fire alarm went off for hours and we didn't see a single emergency vehicle. Staff disabled fire system and said a repair man would come out Monday. That was two days of no fire alarm. There was no soap or shampoo. Bed was hard. TV remote didn't work. House keeping didn't come by. No clean towels.
