Bad bad bad Rooms were dirty. Shower had hairs all over it. Clean towels were still dirty towels.

hotel was very clean but the bed was horribly uncomfortable tossed and turned until 4 am could not take it any more and left! dont stay in room #108

The hotel smelt like smoke, if you arrive late you have to call and wait to get someone to the office to check you in.

Check in took forever. There was one party in front of me and I waited close to 20 minutes. The elevators reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was very bare bones, no frills.

We were supposed to have a non smoking room but there were none left! The whole floor was an awlful smoke smell and so was the room!

We showed up and the lady advised they didn’t have our room available. We reserved a non smoking room and were told they only smoking floor available. That is completely rubbish when you reserve a non smoking room for health reasons. Then the person working called the manager and they wouldn’t even discount the room at all and then told us they had no shampoos for the room. We picked up our things and walked out at 11:20pm with every other hotel completed booked for Texas Tech move in. Very disappointed in the hotel and Orbi... read more

This hotel was disgusting! From the staff, to the elevator up to the room was disgusting. The sheets were stained so we ask for new ones and when they brought them they were all wadded up. Hair all over the bathroom. There was a nasty, crusty sock over the smoke detector. We didn't even stay. We quickly gathered our bags and left and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property was disgusting. It was grimy. And the air was heavy with cigarette smoke. The room smelled like smoke. We didn’t stay. We left and found another hotel.
