I didn’t like that it smelled smoky

Ny coming back The whole hallway and my room smell like cigar. Linens are not clean, things are rusty

BAD EXPERIENCE The reception area check was closed for the day and it took about 15 minutes to get someone to help me check in. After she arrived everything went smoothly. The Bed was THE WORST I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! There was no light available by the bed. There was NO ICE SERVICE available.

Would not recommend Would not recommend if you decide to stay here make sure to add an additional $150 to the amount you’re going to pay for a deposit for a place that is not the cleanest

That you have to pay 150 deposit and even if your room clean they still cheat you out of your money they kept my deposit saying i had hair dye on a pillow case

The lobby was hot as hell, no coffee pot in the room, the beds were not good sguinching, when you move, you could here the spring.the tub was not draining properly, stopped up, will never stay at another Woodspring again.

The refrigerator smelled musty. The humidity in the room was terrible. The front desk closes so you could not check out early in the morning. And the cards gave us trouble with the locks the entire stay
