ROACHES IN ROOM There was roaches in our room, my son was terrified to stay where he had to stay with a family member, i was able to buy some household items to please our stay but it didnt wirk, being that i booked for 2 day's and was not able to get a refund or exchanged rooms i was highly upset n disappointed at the same time... we willnot be staying here for future stay..we cane to visit my sick grandmother n see family n friends was not able to do so because 2 of the roaches was in my car, had to find soneone to clean t... read more

Smelly, dirty, people drinking right outside my door, could not wait to leave

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet établissement. Attention car cafards dans les chambres. Nous avions malencontreusement tâché le couvre lit. Ils nous ont fait facturé plus de 100 dollars. Lorsqu'on appelle pour avoir des explications l'employée hose nous raccrocher plusieurs fois au nez et nous cris dessus, impossibilité de nous exprimer. Vraiment éviter cet établissement si vous ne voulez pas avoir de surprise !

Never again‼️ Television didn’t work and bad customer service. It’s for drug addicts.

Hotel that require guest to empty thrash On arrival,desk counter was already closed.Understand twas closed early for Thanksgiving.Took about 12 min before someone came up after calling.Surprised there was a $100 deposit required as it didn't indicate on booking hotels.com.On the lobby of floor stinks with cigarette smell & so is the room.No coffee or tea in the room,though a climate control aircon was nice.Room is reasonably clean,but upon reading the guide said "Guest are responsible for the upkeep of the room & thrash must... read more

Staff was very rude. Did not any anyone talking. Throw a couple out at 10pm cause their kids was as they said loud. Did not refund them or anything. stuff acted like they was ok with no one to stay there at all

Unsatisfied and unacceptable The front desk was rude and their deposit return policy is questionable. 150$ cash but in the morning it is not returned unless they have made the money to cover it.
