My check in time was 2/22-2/24 I arrived earlier then Check in time to see if i could get to my room sooner than 3:00 p.m. This is the first conversation between myself and the front desk lady Sharon. She told me I couldn’t check in earlier and if I wanted to it would be $50.So i declined and came back at check in time around 3:10 she gave me the key and said “let me see if the room is even ready” It was and i checked in. This place is horrible. They gave us a room with no heat, switched us to another room. Turned the heat on and the smell coming out was so bad we had to cut it off so there again we had no heat. I had 2 small children and needed the heat. My husband was laying on the bed watching tv and felt something on his arm and looked down to a roach crawling on his arm. Got up to go to the bathroom, cut on the light and the bugs were everywhere. I asked for my next night be cancelled and the funds be refunded to me.

I didn't like the roaches! No cleaning of rooms! Towel exchange required and crazy front desk hours to exchange towels!

What i didnt like was my room was canceled an i was told it was because my credit card was run an wad declined. Well they never ran my card , the hotel was over booked an that is how they handled things. Also i set it up for me to pay at the hotel.

Hell week It was horrible the employees were all extremely rude they never once asked if we needed anything and we were there a week i tried to contact the hotel and got the run around id like someone to contact me we spent 400.00 to have the worst week of our life and struggling to find anything else here

The staff had an attitude, When I first checked in. They clearly did not want to serve me. The Motel was full of non-English speaking people. Going up and down the hallway all night long. Making noise. The Motel smelled from all the foreign food being cooked. . I stayed there 4 days. Never did see the house keeper. Not once. Trash cans were full when I checked out. Not a place I would ever stay at again.

I didn't like the check in, there was no microwave in the room, there was no dishes, the room and the linens wasn't clean. I didn't like it when I pulled the bathroom door closed, it locked. I got up at 3am and I couldn't get in the bathroom. The attendant wasn't at the front desk to assist me with my problems. But the bathroom was extra clean. The TV had a lot of great channels to watch.
