I arrived after 10pm and had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to show up and issue me my key. Then they tell me Expedia hadn’t sent through the reservation... Called Expedia and they said I have to wait 2-3 hours before it could be sent or go through. Great! Expedia had already charged my card. Hotel was cheap and cheerful but Expedia was terrible.

Worst Customer Service in Hotel business. Tabitha at check in cancelled my reservation because she said i was texting and taking too long at the counter. I was actually transferring funds. I asked her to give me a minute. I had nowhere to go at such short notice and had to plead with the manager Audrey to allow me to rebook a room. I.was put in a room with an ols squeaky bed frame and a very uncomfortable flat mattress. The rooms are standard but i have never been treated so poorly as a consumer in my life. Had to wait 10 to 15 before i could get my room first room bed was nasty sheets hadnt been changed hair in bed 2nd room hair all in bathroom i will never go back

Rude behavior bad attitude Would never stay here again cheated me out of $80 and was told my room wasn't even available . Discriminated against was already here for 3 days .. worst hotel experience ever was also told I couldn't eat breakfast the second night already reporting this situation too corporate

Keys never worked. Staff was never at the desk. Room vents had weird smells and were loud. Maids mop floor at the same time as check out and I kept losing my balance on the wet floors. Staff would stand in the middle of the hallway and talk. Was not worth the $60.
