Hotel from a Horror Movie Although the staff at Extended Stay America Nashville - Airport was courteous and pleasing, the experience inside the room was not. The first room I was assigned was supposedly a non-smoking room. I had to sign a waiver stating I would not smoke in the room. However, entering the room, the smell of smoke was overpowering. Excellent staff. Hotel is tired. Compared to other Extended Stay America hotels I stayed at around the country, this one is basically a worn out motel with too much cover up make up. The staff is friendly, good service. But the rooms are a "forced OK". Hard to find lobby which is basically a converted room hidden from plain view.

Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat.

Convenient Hotel For Shopping! The room itself was renovated and nice and clean however the outside had trash and was very dirty everywhere. Also cleaning service didn't knock and tried to enter room while we were still in bed!

No hot water in shower. Never again 2 times no hot water while taking a shower. Told them and the one person was so rude.

The room was probably one of the dirtiest I've ever been in. The carpet was so bad I always made sure to have shoes/socks on, and the room just had a stuffy bad odor. I will not ever stay at this hotel again, and I come to Nashville at least 3/4x a year... I booked a room at another hotel for our 2nd night in Nashville as I was not staying in this one.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because when we got there it looked ok but when I open the refrigerator the refrigerator was nasty they have roaches and Ants the outside smell like alcohol and urine I would never ever recommend this hotel for anyone they wouldn't even change the room they wouldn't give us any money back because they told us that it was a third party because I booked with Expedia I would never ever recommend this hotel for anyone

calling this a suite is a joke The one bonus was that the shuttle took us downtown but that can happen from any hotel in the area. No vending machines, no ice machine, air barely working, dead gnats in shower. These are not suites. It is a no-tell motel.
