Sad Sack Didn't get handicap room, like I asked for, l not even close to the elevator. Family in more than one room, we were split up to opposite ends of the hotel. Majority of the room was in dire need of repair and renovation. No room service! Everything "do-it-yourself" service.

Just not my kind of place. I didn't feel safe around the other guests. I could not wait to get out of there. The room was nice. As long as I stayed in the room, I was fine.

Room smelled like smoke and dirty towels left in the bathroom

Not a good idea Hotel was ghetto... Bunch of drunk / smokers everywhere

DIRTY!! Nothing was clean! There were stains on everything, and the floors would turn your socks dark brown in minutes. Trash was never emptied. You had to take the towels down to the desk to get clean ones. The bed was harder than a rock, and the main door had a huge gap in it so the cold air would come into the room. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbors talking. The only visible staff was the single person working the desk, who always seemed like they didn't give two cares about anything. Bad night sleep It was terrible, you could hear people talking and walking all night. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping without one, the sink and tub were stopped up. I felt like I didn't have any privacy at all.

Retrain the housekeepers --DIRTY!! Terrible. Do not stay here. The exterior is very dirty which should have been the first indicator that the room would be dirty too. It smelled old and like stale cigarettes even though it was "non-smoking." The floor, the counters, the bathroom all not properly cleaned. The bed has to be the worst though. The sheets smelled like someones cologne, which means they weren't changed and the pillowcases were much worse. Extended Stay was recommended to me by people who travel weekly as I do.
