Very dirty lobby, hotel, and room. I would not go back there even if they paid me to go back.
The people were rude at the front desk. Our heat did not work.

Just bad. Awful., we arrived late and had to wait 15 min in the cold for someone to open the lobby door to check in. The computers were apparently down and they could not give us keys to our rooms!?!? The room was gross, walked in and found a wad of hair on the floor, Bobby pins on the bathroom floor and toothpaste smeared on the floor, toilet paper roll was not newly changed for the room, it was halfway used. Not Good The room had a gaint bug on the inside of the door when we first opened it. We asked for a room on the same floor as our friends, when we first checked in & was told none available. After we found the bug, we asked for a different room. Then all of a sudden one was available on the same floor as our friends.

Extended Stay America Nashville Airport I don't know whether the room I stayed has been cleaned lately or not, but there were cobwebs in the bathroom with spiders and dead bugs as well as light fixtures!!! They say free breakfast included, well don't expect scramble eggs & bacon because you'll be disappointed. Bed sheet old with stained on them and not very soft. I chose this hotel because of recommendation from a friend, but I don't think I will choose this brand or this location in the future.

We actually cancelled the day we arrived because it wasn't a pleasant hotel at all.
Room 222 Hair in the sink and tub. Toothpaste on sink. Toilet paper stuffed in vent above shower. Obvious water damage to ceiling, doors that do not properly close. This place was a dump. As I checked in a lady was complaining that her room was not clean. I should have seen the writing on the wall!
