“What a dump” No clean linens, no trash service coffee table moldings missing sharp corners from where a dog chewed it. No dishes, no soap. Worst stay I ever had after traveling mon-fri for 15 years

There were bugs all over the registration room. A gentleman was checking out at 9pm. Did not hear exactly why, but between his dissatisfaction and the bugs, we left and found another place t stay.

Hotel stay at Extended Stay America This hotel is old and need maintenance and work to bring up to standard's. Carpet in hallways / rooms are dirty and need to be replaced. Towel racks poorly mounted.
