There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room, lounge, and appliances were filthy. Extended Stay America should do themselves a favor and tear their corporate sign and logo off of the building so as not to completely ruin the reputation of the hotel chain. If I have a choice between Extended Stay America and a highway overpass on my next trip, I will choose the highway overpass.

I have stayed in Extended Stay hotels in the past and hence had a great impression of the brand. I didn't even read the reviews of this particular hotel trusting the Extended Stay brand itself however that was the biggest mistake and hence will never the trust the Extended Stay brand. Now about this hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby there was so much smell. Then we entered our room and that was smelly too. Horrible Worse hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life it needs to be shut down please don’t waste your money on this terrible building

Yuck Room had a smell to it that would not go away no matter how much room spray I sprayed. Very outdated. Just not an overall good experience. On the plus side, the employees are very nice.

Hospitality was nice and polite. Kirsten did her best based on the situation. She was courtesy and kind especially since there was broken TV remote, black rubber markings on room, dirt floor, elevator broken with door opening/closing all night and water was coming up from bathroom floor. There was no other rooms to move us too since the hotel was completely booked.
