Garage can outdoors weren’t concealed and had no overs. Roach in my room and the door was not sealed properly which meant rodents can enter the room.

Front desk staff barred Me from the property & stole my $$$ used to purchase my reservation. I did not stay @ Extended Stay & out of $97.90!

Horrible treatment for returning guests!! Upon check in me room had plumbing problems. Issue was not corrected until check out. Additional issues - TV which was reported by previous guest was corrected during my stay. Plumbing problems was worst after maintenance fixed. Extended my stay one day, transferred to another room. Room had a bad smell and furniture and kitchen fixtures cabinets was in bad need of updates/fixing. It apprears that room was not updated at least 10 years prior. Horrible. Will not stay again

The rooms were filthy. Furniture broken down and old. No heat.

This was a walk in the room and within 20 minutes leave. It was awful.
