Better than Jefferson The staff that works there are very nice but rooms don’t always be straight

No cleanliness here! YUCK! There's a complete lack of pride at this property. I don't ding properties that are older but clean; this one's the opposite. It's had a few updates (hello, newer floor), but it's DIRTY. I discovered dirt in the sheets, and when I walked back to the front desk to tell them, another woman had the exact same complaint. Needs rehab There were dead bugs in our room, outside needed cleaned daily. Looked like possible homeless people living in woods outside. Filthy carpet, while place in desperate need of rehab. As others noted Jasmine was great! Everything we needed she took care of,. All staff was very friendly and polite. Will not stay again.

Housekeeper definitely could have put more effort in the cleanliness of the room. Had to change room because our 1st room, room 333, smelled like a dead mice/rat was somewhere in the kitchen area. The base of faucet in the bathroom was full of dirt and soap scrub, blanket was dengy, tv remote control was sticky and sticking to the tv guide on the night stand and there was no dishes and dish detergent for the kitchen. If I could give this hotel a NEGATIVE 5 stars Please take the good rating down for this hotel! This hotel had fleas and bed bugs. I wasn’t the only guest to “discover” the uncleanliness of this horrendous hotel! I would sleep in my car if this was the last hotel on the planet! All the other reviews regarding this hotel, had to be made up! Severally disappointing.

Pass on this location I have stayed with Extended Stay hotels numerous times. This one was easily the worst in terms of conditions. The guest service personnel were very good though. Even called me when I got settled in to see if I needed anything. There wasn't anything she could do about the outdated conditions or loose plumbing fixtures.
