No daily room service...heater did not work waa freezing never booking that hotel again

Unhappy with this hotel The place had bugs, the toilet didn’t flush, the tv had bad reception could not see the stations & the kitchen area needs to be updated just was not satisfied with this hotel @ all I will never stay there again

Worse hotel Check in was fine but my mother room had no heat do they had to change her room after unpacking to packing again after a 13hour driver here was frustrating...than to find out because we not here for more than 7days we dont get house keeping we have to take our own trash out....bring our duty towels n washcloths downstairs to get new ones or we can pay $10 a day for house keeping on top of that we had to go a day without running water we had no working room phone.......if we didn't already prepay we would have wen... read more

Never again The beds were uncomfortable, the chairs were dirty and the door was very hard to open. Also they would not take cash as payment, only a card

The hotel took my money but did not have a room for me. I had to go to opposite side of town to get a room at different location, pay for that room as well.

Disappointed The "kitchen" had no oven and only seating for one, which ruined our meal plans for the trip. The no smoking rules were clearly not enforced; the elevator had a very strong cigarette oder and there were butts all over the passageways outside the rooms. Two lamps in the room were broken and we were told there was not maintenance staff to repair on the weekend. The staff tried their best to be helpful, but had little to work with.
