Never again The beds were uncomfortable, the chairs were dirty and the door was very hard to open. Also they would not take cash as payment, only a card

The hotel took my money but did not have a room for me. I had to go to opposite side of town to get a room at different location, pay for that room as well.

Disappointed The "kitchen" had no oven and only seating for one, which ruined our meal plans for the trip. The no smoking rules were clearly not enforced; the elevator had a very strong cigarette oder and there were butts all over the passageways outside the rooms. Two lamps in the room were broken and we were told there was not maintenance staff to repair on the weekend. The staff tried their best to be helpful, but had little to work with. No cleanliness here! YUCK! There's a complete lack of pride at this property. I don't ding properties that are older but clean; this one's the opposite. It's had a few updates (hello, newer floor), but it's DIRTY. I discovered dirt in the sheets, and when I walked back to the front desk to tell them, another woman had the exact same complaint.
