Crapola It is a horrible place. Will never stay there again. Loud noisy people at all hours. Did not feel safe at all.i guests you get what you pay for

Room smelled of strong smoke Room had a strong smoke smell so much so that in the morning my eyes were blood shoot red. Also the room furniture was nasty

Hotel room had bed bugs I sat on the bed and felt something bite me I looked down to see a bed bug on my arm. I immediately stood up and pulled the covers off both beds to find the below photos of our sheets and bed coverings. Which looked like urine and blood stains by the head of the mattress a key indicator of bed bugs. We packed our stuff and immediately went to another hotel. A plus was the staff was very helpful on refunding our money along with Expedia.

Hotel could be really nice. Looks like the hotel was recently painted and upgraded. Hardwood floors, newer looking paint. Not bad at all upon first glance. I start looking around the room a little more and I notice that one of the beds pillows had no pillow cases on them at all. There were no rags in the room, no shampoo, soap, facial cleanser bars, cups.....nothing.
