Nothing at all the staff is horrible they and treatment was horrible

This is a motel, not a hotel. The bed is broken and the linen is not clean.

Service was great but renovations are needed The air conditioning kept turning on/off, and the walls seemed quite thin. I did appreciate the kitchenette. However, the television did not have a channel menu. The service was great, but renovations are greatly needed.

Never again! The hotel was old, outdated, needs a lot of work for a 98.00 dollar a night stay. In addition, they don't just hold your credit card for incidentals, they actually charge it 100.00. Foul play!

The $25 pet fee Expedia didn’t mention. The $100 incidentals fee because I went through Expedia. The attitude I received when checking out because of something the manager did. The stains on the bed, chair, all throughout the room. The bulging ceiling from water leaks. All terrible.

I liked that it was close to the hospital. The room had sticky floors, the room had an ANT infestation, requested 1st floor room (none were available at check in), the shower had water spraying out of the shower head all over the ceiling and floor of bathroom which caused floor to be dangerous, the counters were peeling, the stove top burners were caked up with burnt tar like substance, freezer had ice trays because the hotel didn't have ice machines at all and there was no mention of pet fee until check in which was an addi... read more

Not much didn’t like the noise the ants and the filth that the place was when I arrived and throughly out the week.
