My experience here was terrible! The first night me my aunt and 3 children slept in the heat running 3 fans we had to buy to try and cool down the room because the ac was broke along with the frigde that wouldnt get cold so i wasted over 100 dollars on food.the next day thet moved us into a room that what better as far as air conditioning, and frigde but they had not cleaned aaperently because i fund guaze that was used in the dresser my 3 year old also picked up a bullet i paid for a week but left early they can keep they m... read more

Horrible Horrible, ni siquiera pude quedarme en el hotel y no me quieren devolver el dinero. Estuve una hora esperando y cuando por fin llego alguien no me pudo hacer check in por que no había sistema. Y tuve que rentar otro hotel. Terrible ese hotel. Y “Hotels” no tiene la culpa. Me encanta la app y su servicio.

The hotel smells like piss , the staff are the most u professional I’ve ever witnessed , they were anything but Accommodating and I regret ever staying .

Worst customer service ever I would not recomend using this woodsprings or hotels.com to book a room here! Eveeything was all good and fine tell i show up at hotel and find out they have sold out. After calling hotel to verify room availabilty! I sat on hold and on the phone with hotels.com from 8:30 to 12:45am just to be told sorry there was nothing they could do! So i paid $53 to sleep in my car last night!
