Bed was stiff l, blinds let to much light in the room, seen a roach, I had to walk to the next door hotel to print out paperwork for my cruise..

Terrible customer service My flight was delayed and I arrived at the property around 10:45 pm. On the reservation it stated that for late arrival there would be a phone and someone would be available if no one was at the front desk. Dialed 0 as instructed and could hear the phone at reception and waited abour 25 minutes but no one showed up. Had to leave and make a new reservation at the Confort Inn next door. Will never reserve at an Extended Stay again.

Location is very near to airport but everything else is bad. Smell/safety/noises/restrooms are very bad

When we arrived to the hotel there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call. When I called the number the person said they had no rooms. We were stranded.

Roaches and stinks It smells like a house full of cats and dogs, really bad. On staff desk would not answer the phone to check in and had to reach out to their 800 number to get someone down. Then once in the room its was like a dope house and as i fell asleep the power went out on one side of the room. I got up because i felt like something crawling and once i reset the breaker, it was roaches everywhere, in the bed, on the wall, and the table side. Best advice is to stay away from this place. It seems to act as a homeless shelter for the rooms they do not rent. The elevator reeked of weed as did the hallways. This is a horror place to stay…unless you like filth and cockroaches!!!!

Expedia pictures on Expedia cite looks nothing like the pictures.It was horrible.Rooms were dirty.Soap and stuff left from the guest before.Just nasty and dirty.There were roaches😡 I really need a refund.I will never stay again and advise to check rooms before checking in.It say 24 hours front desk but no one was there to solve these issues 😡
