I called Expedia after being checked in for 40 mins to receive a refund. The linens were all dirty , starting with the blanket and sheets that had hair. I had to go to the laundry room to switch out new linens. Then once going into the bathroom I ended up throwing every towel to the side as hair and other debris was on EVERY SINGLE TOWEL. I used a shirt in my bag to use as a washcloth because I was extremely exhausted and just wanted to shower and relax. The front desk staff was very nice both times I spoke with them. My room was not cleaned well at all. The whole place had a musk to it.

I stay for one night the check in was fast and the lobby was clean once I get in the room looks clean but smell humid but I thought is because they had the ac in 62 so I lower when I got to bed the sheets were very old and smell the humidity again the blankets everything it felt like the bed had bed bugs and my whole body Starr itching even my puppy didn’t want the bed it was awful so I just went and slept in the sofa and when finally we fall asleep the fridge started making loud noises after that we didn’t sleep I couldn’t ... read more

Terrible llegar de noche a ese hotel . No es la primera vez que nos su sede que nadie nos abre . Esperar hasta 2 horas y múltiples llamadas para que la persona encargada se digne a bajar y dar la llave . Había otra familia en la misma situación nuestra . Mágicamente el teléfono de la entrada para llamar a la persona encargada estaba sin su auricular . El cual estaba tirado adentro y no teníamos acceso ( se ingresa con tarjeta de acceso ) Sumamente molesto esta situación.

The property has a lot of long time rental folks there. Many are just hanging around (doors open, etc.). Vending machines don't work. First room I checked into was wrong room style and smelled like it was bleached from a recent crime. Then, the second room smelled, but not as bad as the first. There were people roaming around the parking lot.... loitering. No night time person on duty. No cups. No kitchen stuff (even though it has a kitchen. I called at 1:00pm that will do a late check in at 10:00pm. When I came to the hotel, it was closed, had a telephone outside that did not work. I scream, went to the car and I hoked the car horn, shouted and have to wait two hours outside the hotel atvthat hour to see an employee. I called choice hotel office and they tried to communicate with someone at the hotel but they did not had the opportunity to speak with no one. They did not pickup the phone. Tried to call others hotel but they were full. It was a nighmare.

We waited for about an hour to finally be assisted with an after hours check in at 8am although I contacted the property manager to make arrangements the day prior. Our room smelled awful upon arrival and I had to go out and purchase air freshener to make it bearable. Every time we would leave and come back our room reeked of cigarette smoke (we are non smokers). The “clean” towels seemed to have hair intertwined in the fibers. I would never stay at this hotel again nor do I recommend it to anybody.
