There was a roach infestation in the room assigned to us. Did not stay the night.

Terrible after-hour check-in; stained towels and bed coverlet; broken TV remote; slow draining bathroom sink; dirty floor; smelly and stained hallway rug. Extremely disappointed Expedia recommended this one.

The only positive thing about this property was the staff at the front desk especially Bailey. We stayed there for 8 days and every day we killed cockroaches. The noise level was ridiculous to the point I had to take sleep aid to get some rest. I got the impression that it is a residence that is similar to a halfway house based on the people that I saw loitering about. There are zero amenities. Property was overbooked and had no room for me I was glad because it was noisy people and kids loitering everywhere. I felt unsafe in the lobby. No airport transportation. Staff was very kind and did well with my situation

Horrible I stayed 4 days and on my first day in the room killed about 3 roaches. And the next killed several more that were coming out the cracks by the shower. Highly unpleasant. Unsatisfied.

My bathroom had black hair in the shower and curtain. It looked dirty! And it had a smell like cheese! I think 100 was too much! I just needed something close to the airport anyways!
