The people and staff were rude and they didn’t clean our room it was disgusting never again and we were there more 2 weeks

They charge you a fee if you want to swap out your towels for new ones. There was roaches in the room! Gross!!!

Price was decent. Floors in room dirty. Toilet seat falling off. Unflushed toilet tissue in bowl when I arrived. Dirty towel hanging on bathroom door from prior guest. Shady people in parking lot and possible some drug deals going on. No clean towels the 4 days I was there.

Worst hotel experience ever. Extremely rude and non-caring desk staff. Expedia collected my money and hotel kept claiming that my credit card was declined and then because it was after midnight now I can’t get into the room until 3pm. Stay way way far away from this hotel.
