To begin upon arrival, no later than 30 seconds into walking into our room we see 2 roaches! One above the bed and one in the bathroom. Me and my significant other quickly went to the front desk for a exchange of rooms. Once explaining the situation to the front desk we were not even offered to have the room deep cleaned. Front desk only advised us there were no additional rooms available and if we wanted a refund we would need to reach out to Expedia. Staff we nonexistent. room was never cleaned the condition of the hotel porter equipment was broken which made it next to impossible to use

The hotel was a decent stay. The problem I had with my three night stay was that we could not get clean towels to our hotel room, there was a fee for it. Room service cleaning was not offered once. There were people loitering in the parking lot at all hours of the night, did not feel extremely safe. My experience could have been better.

The room was stinky the hallways was loud at night and the staff was rude except one and I was staying for a week and they did not give me enough tissue or towels and rags

DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE....Once i passed the locked lobby, I KNEW it was going to be a disaster. Atmosphere completely changes once your out of the lobby. The hallway rugs are dated and have a smell... Once in the room, IMMEDIATELY, within 10 seconds, I see a roach crawling down the refrigerator. Then another one... I called Expedia for a refund asap. . As i was on hold, i read the reviews... BEDBUGS are in this hotel... this place should absolutely be shut down, fumigated and exterminated.
