Overall bad I never got the chance to stay I drove 6 hours to Orlando for family trip , made reservations with tou guys and I called to confirmed it a 2 hours before I arrive, to be told that they sold my room to someone else . It was so in fair to me ant my family we was tired had to drive around town try to find a room and everyone was out which lead us to sleep in car for a few hours ! I am very displeased with the action of tour services !

I did not get the room I reserved... they only had one bed which was not exactly comfortable with 6 kids. Very disappointing.

The fridge was dirty And not enough supplies

False advertisement Ugh we were very disappointed...we booked this hotel because it had a kitchen.. I stayed at many hotels with kitchens and i must say this experience was a first for me..We traveled 3hrs and on our way to the hotel we stopped by publix for some groceries to cook dinner little did we know there were no pots and pans at the hotel.. so think about it we had bags of groceries with nothing to cook in.. when we asked the front desk they told us they do not supply that. Not so happy They had roaches and the bed covers are dirty

Did not honor handicap request Front door was locked, had to call for the night attendant. No ice machines could be found. No "amenities " like a blow dryer or iron were availabe. And when we made iur reservation we asked for a handicap accessible room. But we did not fet one. Unobservant or unavailable??? No one told us in advance. Very disappointing

Woke up to bathroom in night and turned on light and there were roaches in the bathroom. Gross!!! There was nobody at front desk by that point to switch rooms so never went back to sleep
