Got there at 10:58 pm Closed at 11? Never heard of a place closing at 11. Specially being near to the airport. Called the after hours number and they told us they will be there with us in 3 minutes. after 10-15 minutes no one showed up. Had to walk and find the closest hotel I could find. Terrible experience. I just hope they don’t even attempt to charge to my CreditCard

Their was roaches in the room that make me feel dirty

The property was ok from the outside. The lobby was nice but once you go further in our room key didn't work for our room for 10 mins, so we were sitting in the hallway for that time because the front desk was busy with other guest. Once we entered the room it had a funny smell of mold or mildew clothes. Now to top it all off this place had roaches. Dead roaches under the bed behind the refrigerator. Service no good, they don't clean during our time in there

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay with us. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
