there was roaches and bed bugs in my room, no front desk service until 7 am every day, wouldn't let me switch rooms, took pictures of said bugs and they refused to give me a refund.

-One very flat pillow per person and non available - very bright, no curtains...parking lot light was very annoying - bathroom smelled of smoke!! Even though we were in a non smoking room - and the noise!! No sound proofing at all!!! Sounded like a dance company upstairs...ALL NIGHT LONG!!! We were very thankful it was only one night!! And we would never go back!

There was an odor in every area and it was not a cleaner scent. The shower doors had layers of grime, like noticeable cloudy film. The shower was not clean! There was hair in the bathroom sink, around the toilet and on the floor Of the restroom. No toiletries to offer, if that’s a staple for you; this isn’t your type of hotel. The staff was about the only good thing no hand towels no hair conditioner simply would not stay there again
