The property was not clean. It smells like dogs in the rooms and the halls. Absolutely no customer service. The room had roaches.

If you are needing a bed and a shower for a few hours then this is the place for you. After hours check-in was weird. You wait in a doorway area full of bugs and have to pick up a disgusting handheld phone to cal the after hours attendant. You wait about 10 more minutes in the bug infested doorway until you’re let in. The room smelled old, the bed was hard and there were no cooking or eating items in the kitchenette nor was there an iron. Area felt safe and room was clean. Wouldn’t recommend for more than an overnight stay.

When I arrived at the property I was told they overbooked and did not have a room for me. The room had already been paid for through your website. They told me that I would need to go to another one of their properties. This was an inconvenience as I chose this hotel because it was near the medical center where my daughter was having surgery. The hospitality was horrible! The front desk closes at a certain time and when you need additional services after closing it’s impossible! .i will never hotel here again.

We do have posted office hours or you can use the lobby phone to reach us during off-office times.
We arrived a little early prior to check in, and the staff was able to accommodate my family with a room which was great. But after my family and showered and was just getting settled I noticed dead roaches on the floor. By the stove, by the refrigerator. Under the table. So I immediately got sick.
