Told me there were no clean rooms available as they had an issue with the housekeeper. My booking was non refundable and no one wants to own up to their mistake

First someone called me trying to cancel my room saying there was a water leak her name Denise. I call back they tell me theres no leak ok i say then she calls me back once i say i had insurance that i was going to go and they had to refund me and show me leak because sge literalt called 30 min before check in she said nothing we can do.
