Arrived at midnight and did what it said in the email if the reception and is the phone there to call and someone will come down. The telephone they on the wall didn’t work so we had to us our phone to call for someone to come down. The carpets walking to our room were dirty and there was a horrible smell, got to our room once opened the door the was a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, we had a telly but no controls we went down to reception and asked for some to be told the manager had gone and to come down between 9-5. Roaches, clogged sink, leaking toilet, questionable elevator and Weed smell throughout the hall,

Hotel smells terrible and in disrepair Showed up with a reservation but no room available at 11pm. Waited until past midnight and they called and said someone canceled so a room became available. Gave me keys that never worked and changed them twice and still didn't work. We had to go to the front desk to get let into my room every time. Hotel smelled so bad generally, A/C on the wall smelled liked mildew. Bed was so uncomfortable. My bed was dirty and stained there was drug passing around in front and hallways smelled of dog and cigarette even the office area was nasty I left my room also I went to office and nobody on duty at 6am horrible I never left a bad review for anyone but this was ugly and bad

Cigarette smell in all their rooms, they have no towels or toilet paper. The bed sheets were not changed. In the bathroom they don't even check the room between one client and another. The photographs are edited because they do not correspond to the reality of the state in which they are actually found.
