I would not recommend this place. The vinyl flooring was lifting up in the bathroom. It was not clean at all. I was so embarrassed to have my mother staying here with me as we were attending a graduation nearby. I ended up going to Walmart nearby to pick up extra cleaning supplies to wipe stuff down. There is no ice machine neither. Apparently this place allows pets at this location. The person staying across from us had two small dogs that did a lot of barking. stressful and not happy We got booking on hotels.com confirmed for stay, got to hotel and it was booked.we had to find a different hotel and it was very stressful and we will not use hotels.com ever again.
all very dirty and bad smell. Bathroom and doors in bad condition. Falling apart. Trash not collected. Condition of bed and kitchenette was acceptable. Overpriced for the condition of the place, loaction and time of the year.

The new norm: No housekeeping due to COVID! Just a horrible experience. One morning (during my 3-night stay) I asked a housekeeping lady in the hallway for a towel. She had them on her cart. She said “No. You have to get them at the front desk.” Ok. I went downstairs & asked for a towel. The obese female junkie working at the front desk would not give me a clean towel. Not for families! This place felt unsafe for families. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were dirty and smell terrible. We had family in 2 rooms and there were cockroaches in 1 of the rooms. The floors where so greasy you could slide back and forth with your shoes on. The entire building smelt like an ashtray, they definitely smoke inside. Like I said the staff was very nice but they could not fix the amount of problems. Horrible Hotel HORRIBLE The hotel had mo clean rooms and the room they gave me had a broken sofa bed Broken shower door abs stains all over the bathroom This was the worse extended stay O have ever used
